Brisket and Butts off the Egg!!

Got done with the Brisket and butts. Now waiting on the guy to come pick up his brisket so I can hit the links. Both got done a little quicker than usual, but I know why because I left the vent open a little wider than normal before I went to sleep last night because I didn't want to chance the fire going out and no I don't have a guru or stoker. So the temp got upt to about 350 for a couple of hours. Butts took about 14 hour and brisket took ab 15.5. Will let you know what the coworker thought about her brisket when she eats it or when I get back to work on Tuesday.
