Lately, I haven't been able to get the membrane of the backs of the ribs I get at Costco. I've never had much trouble in the past removing it. Is it possible the membrane has already been removed? Anybody else notice this?
Thanks,
Ryan

  • I've had exactly the same thing happen the last 2 times I purchased the baby backs from Costco. I always purchase from Costco and have always removed the membranes too. After close inspection last time I determined that the membrane had already been removed. I thought it was weird, but hey, one less step for me to do.
