I have a raw pizza and was wondering what the preferred method was. I have a plte setter and a pizza stone. Basically I wanted to know the time and temp.[p]Thanks

  • Bigsmoke,
Here is a pointer to my pizza hints and tips page. I've got several recommendations on temps depending on what type of dough, based on things I've read here.[p]TNW

I make my own pizzas. I use the platesetter/stone method and crank the egg up to 650 -700. I preheat for about 20 minutes then cook the pizzas. They usually take about 10-12 minutes.
