Garlic in foil -- low and slow -- easy

Did trout for an hour at 250 last night. What the heck -- why not take a head of garlic, wrap loosely in foil, sprinkle on a little water and salt, and bake it? [p]Good stuff. Garlic cloves came out soft and a little smokey. Just squeeze them out like toothpaste.
