Alaskan King Salmon

Just received an order of King Salmon filets from Alaska. Rubbed a little olive oil on a couple, then dusted them with some Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning. [p]Placed them on a soaked cedar plank and then on to Mr. Egg for 30 minutes @ 300. Basted the last 10 minutes with a honey, mustard, and brown sugar mixture.[p]Without a doubt, some of the finest fish ever to grace my table.[p]If you are interested in some great Alaskan salmon, check out Taku Smokeries in Juneau. We discovered them while on vacation last year, and have ordered from them several times. This is the first I’ve gotten since I bought my BGE a few weeks ago. Beats any farm raised fish anyday.[p]Don[p]
