Just curious if your pizza tossing lessons were a success. Did you really learn how to do that? I gotta learn some day. Seems the more I roll out the dough, the more it contracts back into some really wierd shapes :huh:

Hi Dave! Yes, we really learned to toss a pie. As far as your dough contracting on you, just walk away from it for a few minutes to let the dough relax. You may also want to experiment with other dough recipes. Some are tougher to work with than others. A lot of people have adopted Zippylips recipe....they seem to have success with it. Good luck!

Thanks, I'll try letting it rest for a few minutes and see how that works. I don't actually make my own dough, I usually get from Wegman's. Glad I didn't wake you
