I need some recipe idea/help.
I have volunteered to serve a group of people(15) some sort of Hawaiian Style Pork. The only problem is that I have no idea what I am shooting for. I know that I am not going for Hawaiian style Pulled Pork. I will neither have my BGE nor time enough for that cook. I have settled on a pork loin due simpliticty in cost and cooking.
