    Not meaning to steal your post but since you pinged them I would like to tell them what a great job they have done especially Grand Oeuf Vert in the short amount of time. I am taking notes from a far. I am working on the same thing for the Gulf Coast. It looks like its going to be a great 1st annual fest. :)
