Wed Night - Prelude Idea's

Not for sure who else is a Nascar fan on here but Wednesday night is the Prelude to the Dream. Since this is a pay for view, all my buddies are coming over to watch the event and eat some food off the egg.

I was wanting to do some wings, but with late work and early supper I don't have a lot of time. Will a direct cook raised grid work OK for them? Time and Temp advice? :unsure:

I did some searches and it seems like an indirect cook is the desired method for wings. Looking for some advice and any other ideas for a guy's night special. :woohoo:
