Tonights meal - Beef Kabobs

We skewered some tomato, onion, mushrooms, red bell pepper, zucchini squash and cubed sirloin... seasoned with some butt rub and cooked for about 18 minutes @ 400. It was very good.

  • Nice job! Now I know what's on the menu for this week. We have an old marinade recipe with brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic cloves, oil, pinapple juice, is it good. Thaks for posting that...making my shopping list now!
