Yesterday I posted about Pulled Pork Enchiladas - since I didn't complete the process on the BGE - next time I will - I won't currently post the recipe in the new recipe section. However, if you are interested, it is posted at the accompanying link - and yes, there were every bit as good as they looked. [p]Mexican food and the BGE may have a real future!
