Hello Building my table for Large egg finally after a year. Can any one tell how much room I need between bottom shelf and table top? Also should put it on wheels? If should I use wheels on all four legss or just one side?
Thank you
Thank you

Here are ur plans

I would definitely put 4 wheels on it - after a year I replaced my 2 wheels w/ a threaded bolt axle with 4 casters. Its much easier to move around. The plans on BGE main page will have the distance you need for the bottom shelf vs. the top. Good Luck!

Here's a pick of my table.
Wheels on each leg - (two swivel 2 fixed) very easy to move with lots of stability.

Top of shelf and top of table is 17 3/4". I have the Egg sitting on a 2 3/8" concrete paver and the green egg feet. This setup gives me a healthy 1/4" room between the hinge and the table top when it is open. Make sure you consider all the parts to your rig before or at least while your building it. Also consider your next Egg and what size it will be
We got our first on Dec 30th -
Hi Adam:
I just added a small to my table too!
I don't have pics yet as I'm still doing some touch ups, but soon!

Good clean livin...and not half bad eatin either  :woohoo:
The little guy produced the best Ribeye thus far in all my years. -
The table and Egg can be heavy! I started out with wheels on one end and after awhile added HD (lockable)casters to the other end.
The more uneven the surface you have to push it over, the bigger the wheels you should use. I think I have 10" wheels on one end and 3" casters on the other. Works good for what I need to do.
