Had to use my new umbrella holder

I just redid my table and added a new umbrella holder i made. Wasn't planning on using it yet, :( so I have not got my new green umbrella yet. I stuck my old one from a old patio set in for now.
I put the fourth coat a spar on the table Thursday. I hope it is dry enough. The rain is beading up real nice.

Looks like its doing its job. If you really get carryed away with the Egg though the umberlla will not be enough. A full kitchen will just barley do!! :laugh:
What kind of tree is that in the background? Nice place you got.

I working up to the outdoor kitchen. I am not sure what kind of tree that is. It was here when we bought the house but the Japanese beetles love it.

I made it from a piece of stainless steel sheet metal. One of the perks of working in a tool and die shop.

I am not sure what kind of tree that is. I need to find out. And I need to trim it. Getting a little close to the roof.

I just googled fagus sylvatica and I don't think that is it. It is more of a tall bush than a tree.

Table looks great and nice idea for the umbrella but you might want to consider putting the feet between the egg and the paver. You won't see the problem until it's too late or you refinish the table. Been there done that
