One year into being a BGE owner, the 1st low and slow was attempted . . . however it wasn't even me that did the cook. My brother-in-law (and neighbor) did 2 Pork Butts. He had some coaching from my brother (ILL-Egger) Steve, and it looks like everyone will enjoy the fruits of his labor at dinner tonight - along with "wings" from my brother.
