Sunday dinner-second cook

Well the ever over-keen cook in this house took on spare ribs and ABT's tonight for my second cook. There are two kinds of ABTs one with sausage meat and cream cheese and the other with a seafood mushroom blend my in-laws brought up from the coast.

The ribs cooked 225 for 6 hours indirect and 1 hour foiled with apple juice. Their sitting in a warm oven waiting to be eaten. My daughter dragged my wife, mother in-law, and friend who came for dinner with her to the store for fresh bread to finish along with asparagus with EVOO and lemon pepper.

It was all good but as expected more work with the ribs will be good.
