Steak Pizza - no picture, but tasty
Made a bunch of pizzas last night. Two were made with tomato sauce, left over sirloin steak, baby bella mushrooms, red bell peppers and vidallia onions -- oh and roasted garlic and fresh mozzarella and a touch of basil. The dough was fresh, but just a french bread recipe with a little extra corn meal. The steak was a nice thick sirloin with lots of Dizzy Pig cow lick. All the ingredients got along nicely and made a fabulous pizza that put the chicken/roasted garlic/fresh tomato one to shame. I highly recommend putting the left over Dizzy PIg steak on a pizza -- mmmm
