First Pizza, thank you forum

I did my first pizza after all of the pizza talk this week and I have to thank AZRP again for the dough recipe, worked great.

We did grilled pesto encrusted chicken with red peppers, red onions, and chopped mushrooms with mozzarella cheese.

I think I over loaded it in the center, hence the hump, but I am overly critical of my egging.



Here she is after 16 minutes at 500 dome temp:







It was delicious and thanks again to all that posted pizza recipes this week, helped with temp and time assumptions.

If you put too much in the center you could overnite the rest to Socal and I willtake care of it.Nice pie
