Butts are almost done!

Added some sausage to the cooker, and also opened the cooker for the first time since putting the butts in last night. So far, so good. Funny to see that the inside is still so clean.

Looking good Bean. I don't remember mine staying that clean the first cook. :laugh: My first XL cook was also pair of butts. :ermm:
