Seem to be stuck in a rut the last few weeks. Might actually have to try that exercise thing...

    208 - this was probably the hardest 1 lb week yet....

    Only 9 lbs (1 large butt) away from the goal...

    197 this morning. tweaked back, double sciatica down both friggin legs. tweaked it while fighting a fish, almost lost an 1800 dollar rod setup to the lake when the pain hit. you would figure that getting into better shape would help avoid this problem and sitting the next 6 or so months aint gonna help with this diet, arrgh :angry: atleast it wasnt from sneezing or stretching this time.

    It did help....You didn't lose the rod :) 30lbs ago you may have been going diving....

    237 - DEFINITELY need to increase the exercise thing. Cycling just on Saturdays is not cutting it!

    Yes! Finally broke the 260 barrier. Back to cardio 5 or 6 days a week and I might be eating better. I think lack of job stress may also be contributing.
