That's a gropeable grouper! One fo my favorite finned meals. There was a place we used to go to in Memphis that marinated Grouper filets in buttermilk for about 6 hours and then grilled over hickory with simple sea salt and pepper. Never tried to duplicate it, but it looked just like yours....may have to give it a whirl. It was as delicious as yours looks.

Very nice -- grouper is one of my favorite fish. I can't seem to find it very often, but when I do I grab a few fillets.

Going to do some grouper tonight and saw your post. I have some vidalias and potatoes too. How long did you cook the veggies? I am thinking you started those first. Also, is 350 degrees ok for both veggies and fish? Thanks,
