Hello all,[p]I hope you all have a happy 4th of July.[p]Going to try my first run of pork ribs on the BGE.[p]You all have been a great help to a new user.[p]KL

  • KL,[p]Let's try it again...Remember the key - LOW and SLOW. I'll use some Dizzy Pig and then about 5 hours, with sweetwood mix at 200F. We're talking falling off the bone done. Doing some myself this afternoon. Good luck - they will be great. [p]Happy Fourth!
