5 hour brisket-call me crazy!
<p />Got a recipe from RD in Springfield for this recipe. Decided to give it a try. Will be letting contoction set overnight and cook for 5 hours on the 4th. Not my main item since I don't want guests going hungry.
Anyway coated with DP coarse ground then the sugar thing. Willing to try anything.
