Does wrapping a butt at some point during the cooking process, reduce the cooking time. I want to do pulled pork tomorrow and im trying to plan my schedule

Mark,[p]I'm anti-foil for anything that is still cooking unless it is an extreme emergency. However, once the butts reach temperature, wrapping in foil and letting rest in a warm cooler or the unheated oven is standard practice and does add tremendous value to the finished product.[p]Jim
