I use my pizza stone and do not remember doing anything with it before first time.
A friend picked up a BGE pizza stone and decided to use it before his BGE got in.
He said "cooked some biscuits on it last weekend in the oven and they stuck..." This was in his oven.
Any ideas?

Yup. It was not hot enough when he put the biscuits on it. When you do pizza it will stick too if the stone isn't in the 500-550 degree range.

I use parchment paper to prevent that very thing. Works well just trim the excess.

I use parchment paper also, but Rich is correct. The stone needs to be thoroughly pre-heated. I go to 500* for mine on the egg. If I'm doing it in my inside oven, 450* seems to work.
