I want to smoke some salmon this weekend. Quick tips from anyone, how long, temp, seasoning? Or should I grill it.

    Earnest T Bass,[p]Salmon is a great fish for smoking or grilling. As long as you start with a nice fresh piece of salmon and don't over cook it too badly you'll be happy with the results.[p]Below is a link to the method I now prefer.[p]If you don't think you'll like others will offer their own prferences - I don't want to loose any windows - heee heee![p]Keep em Smokin,
