As some of you know, I've been working on pizzas since Eggtoberfest. After 40-50 experiements, I'm finally getting consistently great results! This is one of my favorites. I'm using the butter/garlic dough I found here on the forum. It's really good!
Pizza is topped with a quick red sauce I created by combining a quality pasta sauce with a can of tomato paste. Then I chop up a couple of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and mix them into the sauce. Topped with mozzarella, grilled chicken, plum tomato slices and fresh basil. Mmmmmm.
