The probe to my dome thermometer is bent, try to fix or replace?

I would try to fix, you have nothing to loose. After straightening the probe check the calibration in a glass of ice water and a cup of boiling water to make sure it is reading correctly.

not really ....it sticks and then you tap on the glass and the needle jumps to the correct temp

hmmm, is it a gentle curving bend or a bend at one place? When you try to straighten it I'd suggest placing it on the counter and carefully press down as you rolled it. That way the full length will have some support.
