We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? I know I really need the temp on my butt to be b/t 190 and 200 before pulling, but will it be terrible if I pull w/ temp all around b/t 185 and 188?

    no, it won't beterrible.

i've had to do the hurry-up, like for a football game with a crowd coming over.

it will be just barely pullable at 185. you need a couple forks and some time to shred it.

there is no harm at all in bumping to 300 for a couple hours at the end to try to speed things up
