Tonight's Ribs

Just cooked and devoured a rack of ribs tonight. Cooked direct at 300 for 1 1/2 hour with membrane removed, mustard rubbed and BGE rub added. Can it get any better. I am full and life is good.[p]John

    PharmDawg,[p]1 1/2 hours seems short. What kind of ribs? Did the turn out tender? Please provide more information!

    Yes they were tender. Used an insant read thermometer which said well done.
    Cooked direct at 300-325 for 1 1/2 hours on the rib rack. Did not elevate the grid.
    They were pork spare ribs
