I want to try the spatchcocked chicken again. Somewhere in the past I read there is a choice of whole chickens. Like a hen or fryer or something. Which gives the best results for spatchcocking?[p]Beers to all![p]SS

    I use birds in the 3.5 to 4 pound range.
