When I got my first egg it took me a while to find all the ‘stuff’ discussed here on the forum. What follows below are links to some of the sites with great information, recipes and goodies/accessories.
By all means the references below are not complete. It is a good start and in no particular order. The following focuses on BGE Products and accessories, tools made by Forum Members. With that in mind if you come upon a site that should be included let me know.
Each of the following sites have great recipes and information. Some suggestions are provided, however, each site has much more to offer – recipes, tips, how too, tools. Take the time to visit and explore the sites below.

Thanks, GG, for compiling such a helpful list, it really helps us new eggers a ton! Speaking of helpful hints, are there other lists that explain the essentials, like hints on how to stabilize the egg at 200*, expected estimated cooking times, essential eggsessories, etc? -
I will send it off in a about a half hour. If you don't receive the email - then email me directly.

Mike,
The Naked Whiz site has some good information on lighting and temperature control.
If you don't find what you are looking for email me and I will get some information off to you.
200° dome is a little tricky to hold over night without a powered vent system, but the egg sure will do it.
250° seems to be a nice place for a large in long cooks.
Most food won't care much at either temperature.
GG -
Nicely done! I picked up a couple of links myself.
-
What a great post. Thanks.
Why doesn't this one have the push pin to keep it at the top? -
i think i was a "placesetter" user my first few times here. hahaha
there oughta be a list of other common forum flubs (all harmless), viz:
-"thermapen" not "thermopen"
-"advice" vs. "advise" (you ask for advice. someone advises you.)
-when to use "slab" vs. "rack" of ribs (slab is the whole thing, a rack is what you cut it into
not to mention the fact that there are some people who never seem to capitalize anything in their posts!ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -
Good list. Here's a couple more that I've found usefull/entertaining that you might want to consider adding:
http://nibblemethis.blogspot.com/
http://www.bigtsbge.blogspot.com/
DaveFood & Fire - The carnivorous ramblings of a gluten-free grill geek. -
Thanks, I have been saving these. There are quite a few great links. More and more folks are putting up blogs some of which are really good.
RichardFl sent me somewhere around 200 links some of which are very good.
There also the concern about leaving some folks off the list and including others. I have even considered shortening it some. There are some newer sites from forum members that seem to have more information than some of the ones I have already listed.
I am concerned the existing list being as long as it is will be too long to be of interest/useful to the forum.

.
Alot of good thoughts their.
Proper use of English isn't my first language. :woohoo:

maybe you could start to put together an intermediate site was looking at old daves site today and its pretty impressive, some more advanced teckniques like his corned beef, things more experienced eggers may want to try.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
-
Probably a good idea.
Send me a link to old daves site or post a link here. I will start putting a page together.
Kent -
wasn't talkin about you, boss. hahaha
i meant folks in general. heh hehed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante
