Hi I see a lot of people WOK on a large does anyone WOK on a XL thanks

    Absolutely

    Get a hammered steel wok from TJV and a spider - you don't need to spend mega bucks on a wok. Season it well like you would do a CI pot.

    What ever way you can find to heat up a wok will work.
    Just make sure its safe and stable. Don't want a wok full of oil and food to dump on your lump.
    These pieces just happen to fit together.
    They were not made to work together.
