Ping: Waldorf Eggfest attendees

I will be attending the Waldorf Eggfest for the first time this year. Unfortunately I will only be there until about noon, as I will be driving up to Abbottstown PA (near Gettysburg) in the afternoon to participate in the burial of my Mom's ashes. She died two years ago, and my brother and I need to bring this to closure. For this reason I'm not cooking. I would however be happy to assist anyone in a "sous chef" role. Does anyone need some early assistance with chopping, slicing, dicing, mixing? I'd be happy to lend some help.

heck, no help needed.. . just relax and enjoy!!! . .and just so you know, gettysburg won't be more than a 2 - 2 1/2 hour drive from waldorf for you . . .its a nice ride (with the exception of the 30 minutes of beltway time). ..

Do we need to bring our own prep tables? I will be bringing an easy up, food & cooking utensils.

BTW...we are surprising Trisha & Kevin and giving them a mini. They will be cooking some mini pizzas but they don't know it yet.... :laugh:

You're soooo tough on poor Egret. I kept a close eye on him in Ocala and I didn't see him take over anyone tables or burn any food. He had PERFECT egg etiquette, and with that sweet little smile of his, how could you think different. These nasty rumors about him have to cease.
