Here are my Easter ribs on the egg. They should be ready by 4:00 along with the ham I'm fixing. God bless all and keep everyone safe. Tom

I'm with you man...no ham for me, but put two racks of BBs on before heading to church. They should be done for a mid-afternoon feast, as is our custom on Easter Day.

What kind of set up do you have to be able to get room for your drip pan ?

Looks like a large egg with platesetter legs up with an aluminum drip pan with grid on top.

No need to soak your wood chips or chunks when cooking on the BGE...ribs looked great...
