Had some leftover Sesame Encrusted Tuna and the wife made a topping from red pepper, guajillo peppers, garlic, onion, olives and capers for some shrimp so we used the leftover of that from the leftover tuna. Followed that up with some crazy "chili" concoction I make. I take a can of whatever chili I have handy and add a can of refrieds beans which I really love. I could eat refrieds for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
