Pork Blade Steak

I'm a recent BGE convert from Gas and totally love the convenience over gas (especially corrosion); and having approx 1 yr experience. Question: I'm searching for a receipe for Pork Blade Steak that uses a mustard based marinade. Especially needed are cooking times/temps. Thanks for any/all responses.
