Scotty's Inferno

After a long hot day at the inferno yesterday, I needed a quick meal. I've been looking for a target for Zippy's rub, which he hand delivered to me in Ocala-Thanks! I pre heated some bakers in the microwave to speed up the baking-2 mins per tater. Then rubbed them with olive oil and sprinkled liberally, but too conservatively, with the rub. Baking only took about 45 mins at 400. I love tasty tater skins, and this was on the money. However, I wish I had put more on there! Great Stuff Zippy!

To continue the speedy meal--microwaved broccoli with DP Shakin the Tree(share the love Chris)and microwave bacon!
