have them on sale bone in how do i cook these? are they good? doent these come from a shoulder or butt? any help is appreciated

Vegas Slim, I smoke on the Egg about three hours at 250 to 275. Remove and place in baking dish. Cover tightly in foil. Return to Egg for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove. Fire up grill to 450 and grill until sauce starts to thicken up. (10 min?) Serve with favorite sides. Enjoy!!! Mac
