DP Chicken Wings, Thighs and a sandwich

Continued the test run of the DP spices yesterday and today. Did some wings with tsunami spin & some thighs and wings with swamp venom.

The were both awesome. Cooked indirect for 2 hours and 250 with maple chips then cranked the heat to 325 for 10 minutes to crisp up the skin. The family ate the TS wings, even the kids liked it. Bonus.

I ate the SV wings and a thigh. Rockin good.

Used the leftover thigh meat to create a wonderful sandwich for lunch today. Briefly marinated some zucchini and squash in balsamic vinegar, evoo, salt and pepper. Grilled direct at 350 until done. Assembled toasted bun with veggies, avocado, heated leftover chicken. Awesome.
