I attempted to fix a culvers/Steak & Shake burger today. I need a heavier spatula to smash the burgers down. They were great the way they turned out. Good luck to all. Tom

Great lookin' burgers Tom. What is the reasoning behind putting the flour on them?

I saw it on the travel channel the other day. I seasoned the flour with a heavy dose of salt, pepper, & garlic salt. It also gave it good crust. I need to use a smaller ball of ground chuck and a better spatula to press the meat into a skinner patty like a Steak and Shake patty. They were preety darn good. Tom
