Seared Burgers

    Great lookin' burgers Tom. What is the reasoning behind putting the flour on them?

    I saw it on the travel channel the other day. I seasoned the flour with a heavy dose of salt, pepper, & garlic salt. It also gave it good crust. I need to use a smaller ball of ground chuck and a better spatula to press the meat into a skinner patty like a Steak and Shake patty. They were preety darn good. Tom
