Here is the butt I started last night. Finally ready to come off the egg :woohoo:
6 pounds at 240 for 13 hours. :ohmy:
It is in the cooler right now and smells unbelievable. I'll let you know how it taste
So I Just pulled it and here are the results :woohoo:
