I do these around here at the very least once a week. Just so easy quick and good! I take one package of wingettes and marinate in low sodium soy sauce for about 30 minutes while I am getting the egg up to temp. I set the egg up with a raised grid direct. I cook at 350f to 400f. I place the wings on the grid and season with rub or spice of liking. Cook for 20 minutes then flip, then 20 more minutes then sauce with 1 to 3 ratio of Franks red hot and butter. Just figured I would share how I do my wings here, I know many other methods exist.
