C-W,[p]Got around to doing that sirloin thang you posted recently. Found some 2 in thick numbers and used your times/temps as I like 'em to quiver when I cut 'em. They were magnificent. Thanks for the suggestion!!!!!!!!!!!!!![p]Regards, Kamper
