I wanted to post earlier today but I spazzed. Cornish hen recipe is what I'm after. I think I remember YB having one but since I can't remember what I had for breakfast yesterday I'll be damned if I remember that.[p]Cooking @ 6 Chicago time.[p]Thanks[p]Mick

MickeyT,[p]I have the recipe for JJ's parmesan cornish hens. Batter makes enough for 4 hens even though recipe says 2. Very tasty. Have also done well spatchcocking the devils with either a rub or coating with some apricot preserves.

Spatchcocked two the other night and dropped in a bag of lemon pepper marinade for about an hour. Cooked as per Naked Whiz's instructions. Wonderful!
