Back from Mexico...I missed my egg!

I just got back from a beautiful 7 day vacation to Nuevo Vallerta Mexico. Everything about the vacation was perfect, the weather, the waves, the coronas. I would have to say that it was a little weird that I thought about how much I missed my BGE a few times throughout the week. I think I may have a problem that only a butt or some ribs can solve.

Thanks! I got good news also. When I got home I found out that I (with the help of some spatchcock chicken) got one of my friends to buy a LBGE. Now I have a local friend that is an egger! Pretty Awesome!

I survived the trip just fine, and yes the egg is here. I am excited to make some good beef. I was impressed with the food at the resort that we stayed at, but the beef was not very good. I think I may do some steaks tonight.
