My wife shook me awake this morning asking how's the meat. I ran down stairs and checked the meat and low and behold it was temping at 190/200. It was just fine. The whiskey and water didn't have an effect on the out come. My daughters youth group will eat good tonight. Good luck to all. Tom

Not sure if the water and whisky were in the butts or you. Can't see how marinading pork butts in whisky would hurt the butts. But Whisky in us humans can cause problems :silly:
