My wife shook me awake this morning asking how's the meat. I ran down stairs and checked the meat and low and behold it was temping at 190/200. It was just fine. The whiskey and water didn't have an effect on the out come. My daughters youth group will eat good tonight. Good luck to all. Tom Pulledpork1.jpg
