At the Tempe Eggfest, I was asking you about a replacement thermometer for my large EGG.
I think you told me to get a tel-tru. Their website lists different length of stems that are available. What length do you reccomend?

Mine are 0-750 and have a 5" stem. Hope that helps, yeah pretty warm here too. I like wearing shorts to work in February. -RP
