Fruit Stuffing

I just became an "egghead" and while watching the video, Mr Toad stuffed a pork loin with a fruit stuffing. Can anyone tell me how to make the fruit stuffing? I know this is probably a dumb question, but I am new so be

    Bluenoser, I did a 4 LB loin last night. Stuffed full of dried fruits. Took about 1:15 at 325. (got it to 145 internal) As usual, it got good reviews.
