Not once in the knife threads has anyone mentioned my wonderful knives...

Wolfgang Puck, set of 4, with woodblock, for only $29 at Sams.

Easy to keep sharp -- just grind 'em down some more!

  • Yeah, I'm with you. My favorite chef's knife is Chicago Cutlery I got at Tuesday Morning for $10. It is better than the Trident we have had for years.

    Actually, other than occasional ritual grinding [also with a Wolfgang Puck product], I wash and store them correctly.

    I just really am a cheap-skate! :laugh:

    Someday I get a real knife, when I grow up and get invited to the grown-ups' table!
