    Michael (Alien BBQ) is a University Professor by profession.
    He does sell the Bolos from a home business.

    He is very knowledgeable in offset smoker construction and use, teaches a BBQ class he calls Pit University, and is writing a BBQ cook book that I WILL have when it is available.

    OK, now I know who he is :P works at the same junior college I work at :laugh: puts on a 1 day class or two a year for about $100; last one got cancelled because of low enrollment...BGE dealer loaned him a couple for one of his classes.....thanks for the info B)

    I don't know what kind of instructor he is, but he does come up with some good recipes. I haven't been disappointed with any that I have tried.
